Welcome to All Saints Carpet Cleaning. By scheduling services through our website, phone, or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By hiring All Saints Carpet Cleaning, you agree to receive professional carpet, rug, upholstery, and related cleaning services. Services will be performed at the scheduled time and location agreed upon during booking. Any additional services not discussed at the time of booking may result in additional charges.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Securing pets and children during service

Providing clear access to the areas to be cleaned

Informing the technician of any known issues with the carpet, upholstery, or flooring
We ask that small furniture or breakables be removed prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the cleaning area.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in service interruption or additional fees.
4. Stain Removal Disclaimer
While our team uses advanced DryMaster® products and techniques to treat a variety of stains, we cannot guarantee complete removal of certain types of stains, including but not limited to:

Vomit

Fecal matter
-
Urine
-
Blood
-
Wine or dye-based stains
These stains can permanently alter the color of carpet fibers, especially if they’ve set over time. We will always do our best to improve the appearance of the affected area, but results may vary depending on the age, material, and severity of the stain. No refunds will be issued based on stain permanence.
5. Dry Time
All Saints Carpet Cleaning uses a low-moisture cleaning process. Under normal conditions, carpets and upholstery will dry within 1 to 2 hours. Dry time may vary depending on humidity, ventilation, and carpet thickness.
6. Liability
All Saints Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to carpets or upholstery

Damage resulting from the condition of flooring or hidden structural issues

Fading, shrinkage, or wear-and-tear revealed by the cleaning process
Our team is trained to handle your property with care and professionalism.
7. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we may address the issue. Our guarantee does not apply to permanent stains or results limited by the condition of the carpet or upholstery.
9. Use of Website and Content
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of All Saints Carpet Cleaning and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Collin County, Texas.
