Refund Policy

At All Saints Carpet Cleaning, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We strive to deliver professional, high-quality cleaning services using eco-friendly, pet-safe methods. However, due to the nature of carpet and upholstery cleaning, certain limitations apply.

 

 

 

 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional cost.

 

 

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

 

  • A valid complaint is received within 24 hours of service completion.

  • All Saints Carpet Cleaning has made a second attempt to correct the issue and the customer is still unsatisfied.

  • The issue is clearly due to a service error, not due to pre-existing damage, heavy wear, or irreversible staining.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

 

  • Permanent stains: including vomit, fecal matter, urine, wine, ink, dye-based, or bleach stains that cannot be removed due to fiber damage or time elapsed.

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations (e.g., expecting 100% restoration of a heavily worn or previously damaged carpet or upholstery).

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Situations where customer refuses a return visit to address the concern.

  • Services performed where the client failed to disclose special materials, conditions, or sensitivities that could affect the outcome.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

 

To avoid fees:

 

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 service fee.

 

 

 

 

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Reclean

 

 

To initiate a refund or reclean request, please contact us:

 

  • Within 24 hours of your completed service

  • Include: your name, service address, date of service, and a clear explanation of the issue
